Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing WE CARE Consulting LLC (Working Everywhere to Create A Resilient Environment™). We are committed to providing trauma-informed, high-quality consulting, training, and program development services. Because each engagement requires dedicated preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Service Bookings & Consulting Agreements
All bookings, training sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, and consulting services are confirmed once a contract is signed and/or payment (including deposits) is received. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total service fee) is required to secure your booking.

Deposits cover administrative preparation, resource allocation, and scheduling, and therefore are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
3. Cancellations by Client
We understand that unexpected changes happen. If you must cancel or reschedule:

More than 30 days before the scheduled service: You may reschedule at no additional cost. If you choose not to reschedule, you will forfeit the deposit, but any additional payments made will be refunded.

15–30 days before the scheduled service: 50% of the total service fee will be retained. The remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded.

14 days or less before the scheduled service: No refund will be issued. At our discretion, we may offer credit toward a future service.
⚠️ Note: Refund policies also apply to virtual trainings and speaking engagements, as these still require preparation and reserved time.
4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule once without penalty if the request is made at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled date.

Requests made with less than 15 days’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total service cost.

All rescheduled services must occur within 6 months of the original booking date.
5. Cancellations by W.E.C.A.R.E.™
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, illness, or events beyond our control):

You will be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate new dates that work for your organization.
6. Digital Products, Toolkits, and Downloads
All digital resources, toolkits, guides, and downloadable materials are considered final sale and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience technical issues accessing a product, please contact us, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.
7. No-Show Policy
If a client or organization fails to attend a scheduled training, consultation, or speaking engagement without prior notice, the full service fee will still apply, and no refund or credit will be issued.
