Service Description
This customized professional development training supports teams in moving beyond trauma awareness into practical, regulation-centered practice. Sessions are designed to strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, and sustainability across roles and environments. Grounded in the W.E.C.A.R.E. Framework™, this training is tailored to your organization’s context, audience, and goals — helping staff apply trauma-informed principles in ways that are realistic, ethical, and effective. Training topics may include: Understanding trauma, stress, and regulation in the workplace Recognizing behavior as communication Trauma-informed communication and language shifts Boundary-setting and burnout prevention Creating regulating environments and practices Training Details: Length: 60–180 minutes (customized) Format: In-person or virtual Audience: Schools, nonprofits, human services, behavioral health organizations, and leadership teams Booking Information: This is a request-based service.
