Meet Camille Heller

Credentials: QMHS | CDCA | Former CPI Instructor

I’m Camille Heller — a trauma-informed facilitator, consultant, and trainer, and the founder of W.E. C.A.R.E.™

(Working Everywhere 2 Create A Resilient Environment).

My expertise was built across every level of the work: front-line service, compliance, training, leadership, and executive direction. I’ve supported teams and communities from the inside out — and I’ve seen what happens when systems depend on people running on empty.

I’ve also lived the hamster wheel myself: showing up for work, showing up at home, showing up for others — while slowly burning out. That experience is part of why W.E. C.A.R.E. exists.

Why W.E. C.A.R.E.™

W.E. C.A.R.E. was created for the people who carry responsibility every day — professionals, caregivers, and leaders who want to serve with integrity without sacrificing themselves in the process. My work focuses on practical, trauma-informed strategies that help people lead with clarity, regulate under pressure, and build healthier environments.

What I Do

  • Trauma-informed training for schools and organizations

  • Staff development focused on nervous system regulation + behavior support

  • Leadership coaching and professional growth support

  • Practical toolkits and resources that teams can use immediately

My Approach

I blend real-world experience with trauma-informed best practices — always grounded in dignity, accountability, and sustainable change. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is creating environments where people can function, connect, and grow.

If you’re looking for training, consulting, or a tailored support plan for your team, I’d love to connect.
